Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years supply chain experience in cGMP life science or biotech manufacturing
- Proficient with ERP inventory transactions
- Willingness to work with chemicals and hazardous materials
- Knowledge of handling temperature sensitive products
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Valid California Driver's License
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to wear PPE including respirator
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Familiarity with DOT, IATA, and Hazardous Materials regulations
- Strong problem solving skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree or some college preferred
- 1-3 years supply chain experience in a cGMP life science or biotech manufacturing environment
- Proficient with ERP inventory transactions
- Willingness to work with chemicals and hazardous goods
- Knowledge of handling temperature sensitive products including cold storage
- Ability to wear various PPE including respirators
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Valid California Driver's License
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to organize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive and solution-focused communication skills
- Detail oriented with troubleshooting abilities

Job Duties
- Provide accurate and complete documentation as per company SOP associated with production and materials management duties
- Ensure proper receipt of all incoming materials acquired via purchase orders and confirm material matches the purchase order
- Interact with Purchasing and Accounting to resolve receipt and invoice discrepancies and coordinate Return to Vendor transactions
- Perform physical tasks involved in receiving, sampling, and storing raw materials, finished products, in-process materials, and other equipment
- Perform dispensing operations according to Master Production Records, including peptide packaging, QC sampling, and inventory verification within cleanroom environments
- Utilize chart recorders, scales, fume hoods, and glove boxes for various operations
- Ensure proper cleaning and sterilization of containers, materials, and work areas
- Formulate and stock gowning materials for cleanroom areas
- Coordinate inventory control of raw materials and components with QA
- Issue and transport materials for batch manufacturing
- Operate material handling equipment for movement and storage of materials
- Coordinate material and product transfers with production personnel
- Perform routine inventories, troubleshoot discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions
- Review inventory for expired, scrap, or obsolete materials
- Label materials and transfer dispensed material to appropriate storage areas
- Complete inventory transactions on ERP system and maintain accurate documentation
- Maintain segregation, security, labeling, and proper storage conditions for all inventory materials
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Generate bills of lading and hazardous material declarations
- Investigate quality events as needed
- Follow safety guidelines for handling hazardous chemicals and materials
- Revise cGMP documents as required
- Provide recommendations for procedural improvements to leadership
