Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in production/warehouse environment
- preference given to individuals with experience in handling materials in the gas utility sector
- Microsoft Office aptitude including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- experience with ERP systems such as SAP, SX.e, Oracle
- strong attention to detail
- ability to comply with established safety protocols
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- high school degree or GED equivalent required
- ability to work a second shift schedule as required
- strong written and spoken English capabilities

Job Duties
- Ensure high integrity of alignment between physical counts and company ERP system records
- maintain tracking files for all Customers serviced out of the Ontario location
- receipt of goods both physically and systemically
- create Purchase Orders and Sales Orders to external partners as requested by Director of Materials
- reconcile any shipment errors or claims
- support as directed Quality validations, providing guidance to front line QC individuals
- support monthly cycle count
- support pressure testing operations
- physically inspect materials, ensuring quality meets or exceeds documented standards
- package materials into final inner/master box configuration
- prepare items for shipment by boxing, labeling, and verifying quantities
- create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping documents as required
- build and wrap pallets
- perform other duties as assigned
