Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in production/warehouse environment
  • preference given to individuals with experience in handling materials in the gas utility sector
  • Microsoft Office aptitude including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • experience with ERP systems such as SAP, SX.e, Oracle
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to comply with established safety protocols
  • must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • high school degree or GED equivalent required
  • ability to work a second shift schedule as required
  • strong written and spoken English capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in production or warehouse environment

Job Duties

  • Ensure high integrity of alignment between physical counts and company ERP system records
  • maintain tracking files for all Customers serviced out of the Ontario location
  • receipt of goods both physically and systemically
  • create Purchase Orders and Sales Orders to external partners as requested by Director of Materials
  • reconcile any shipment errors or claims
  • support as directed Quality validations, providing guidance to front line QC individuals
  • support monthly cycle count
  • support pressure testing operations
  • physically inspect materials, ensuring quality meets or exceeds documented standards
  • package materials into final inner/master box configuration
  • prepare items for shipment by boxing, labeling, and verifying quantities
  • create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping documents as required
  • build and wrap pallets
  • perform other duties as assigned
