Job Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or higher from an accredited college/university or have recently graduated within 1 year of the position start date (May/June)
- Preferred majors: Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work with cross functional groups including Engineering, Quality, Operations, and IT
- Basic knowledge of MRP Planning (Material Requirement Planning) including lead time, safety stock, transportation, etc.
- Comfortable interacting with external parties
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Creative mindset
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Reviewing top backorders, facing fill parts, and assisting with priority management from support groups
- Reviewing excess parts on hand and establishing processes to limit excess ordering
- Manage obsolete part management based on retention policy and usage
- Assist in automating basic planner processes via use of Power BI, Co-Pilot, and various other IT offerings
- Lead and support efforts to foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture where everyone belongs
