Job Requirements

Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or higher from an accredited college/university or have recently graduated within 1 year of the position start date (May/June)
Preferred majors: Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field
Ability to work with cross functional groups including Engineering, Quality, Operations, and IT
Basic knowledge of MRP Planning (Material Requirement Planning) including lead time, safety stock, transportation, etc.
Comfortable interacting with external parties
Strong oral and written communication skills
Solid organizational skills
Creative mindset
Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties

Reviewing top backorders, facing fill parts, and assisting with priority management from support groups
Reviewing excess parts on hand and establishing processes to limit excess ordering
Manage obsolete part management based on retention policy and usage
Assist in automating basic planner processes via use of Power BI, Co-Pilot, and various other IT offerings
Lead and support efforts to foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture where everyone belongs
