Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related receiving or stock clerk experience
- Forklift certification
- Ability to work second shift hours
- Eligibility to access export-restricted information under ITAR/EAR
- Must be U.S. person as defined by ITAR/EAR
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and operating forklift
Job Qualifications
- One year of receiving clerk, stock clerk or related clerical experience
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to perform manual and clerical tasks related to materials handling
- Familiarity with inventory record keeping and physical stock checks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to operate typewriter or similar recording equipment
Job Duties
- Receive material and parts from transportation representatives
- Verify truck driver's bill of lading after physical check of items
- Check items received against purchase orders and vendor lists by count or weight
- Certify quantity or weight of shipments
- Assist in unpacking items and deliver materials to department inspectors
- Maintain efficient and orderly stockroom operations including storing and disbursing aircraft materials
- Operate forklift to load, move, lift, and stack heavy articles
