Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- six months operating small equipment experience preferred
- 2+ years experience working face to face with customers in a high-volume environment
- basic computer literacy
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work in outdoor environments
- good communication skills
- physical ability to lift and perform manual labor
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- sort, process and inventory material by operating shears, balers, loaders and forklifts
- assist with the purchasing various grades of material from customers
- assist customers with the unloading of their material
- assist with the packing and loading of material prior to shipment
- operate crane as necessary to provide overflow coverage
- interact with customers while inspecting various grades of material upon delivery
- maintain safety and quality standards throughout processing
