Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months operating small equipment experience preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in face to face roles
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors and interact with customers
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate machinery safely
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Job Qualifications
- Six months operating small equipment experience preferred
- 2+ years working with customers face to face in high volume
- Basic computer skills
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Accuracy in operation and attention to detail
- Knowledge in inventory control
Job Duties
- Sort process and inventory material by operating shears balers loaders and forklifts
- Assist with the purchasing various grades of material from customers
- Assist customers with the unloading of their material
- Assist with the packing and loading of material prior to shipment
- Operate crane as necessary to provide overflow coverage
- Inspect various grades of material upon delivery into the yard
- Interact with customers while performing duties
