Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift certification typically required within 3 to 6 months of hire
- Minimum two years of warehousing or related logistics experience or successful completion of a rotation program
- Ability to operate hand and power tools including hand truck, pallet jack
- Ability to perform manual tasks in a warehouse environment
- Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
- Ability to read and complete shipping and receiving documentation
- Basic proficiency in internet and job-specific software
- Ability to identify and resolve operational concerns
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work in extreme temperature conditions and climb ladders
- Valid state issued driver’s license preferred
- Forklift certification preferred

Job Duties
- Serve as a lead operator in less complex, smaller teams or standard operations
- Operate forklifts when required and fully trained
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined sequence
- Operate hand tools to close or open bales, build or tear down crates, and other packaging tasks
- Complete or verify forms, documents, labels, and information to ensure inventory accuracy
- Identify potential operational or service concerns and assist with resolving
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Assist with training and provide basic work instructions to new hires
- Develop and maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, equipment, and products
- Prepare and assemble orders, pick and count materials, move and load materials using manual equipment
- Perform various warehouse maintenance tasks including cleaning, packing, and racking
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
