Job Requirements
- None educationally required
- Clerical experience preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance from ground to chest level
- Able to maneuver heavier packages with equipment or assistance
- Able to stand and walk for designated work hours
- Able to bend, squat, climb stairs and ladders as necessary
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Must communicate in English verbally and in writing
- Must possess a valid driver license
- Medical exam required according to federal regulations
- Ability to work safely and maintain constant alertness
Job Qualifications
- Clerical experience including typing or general office administration preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing
- Ability to operate powered equipment safely
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance and maneuver heavier packages with equipment or assistance
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to complete all required training successfully
- Valid driver license required
Job Duties
- Provide safe and efficient operation of equipment used for moving packages and documents
- Load and offload aircraft using powered equipment outdoors
- Handle dangerous goods with adherence to safety protocols
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary
- Communicate effectively in noisy operational environments
- Complete all required basic and re-currency training
- Maintain alertness and safety awareness at all times
