Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years of relevant experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or tool crib roles
  • Training in hazardous materials handling
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work weekend shifts
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, tool crib, or related environments
  • Basic knowledge of purchasing and service order methods
  • Basic knowledge of Aircraft-On-the-Ground procedures
  • Trained in hazardous materials requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Execute timely Aircraft-On-the-Ground purchase orders and repair station work orders
  • Ensure proper storage and packaging of all items for shipment per requirements, including export compliance, hazmat shipping, parts protection, and aircraft schedules
  • Properly handle customer owned property, especially green tag units for commercial clients
  • Adhere to Bombardier general work requirements for factory, shop, and hangar positions
  • Comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures, participate in 5-S activities, and perform all work safely and timely
  • Receive and visually inspect all incoming and outgoing materials for physical damage
  • Distribute parts, materials, tools, and ground support equipment considering aircraft delivery schedules, and assist in ordering parts if required
  • Verify and reconcile appropriate documentation for incoming and outgoing parts and materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, perpetual counts, and work-in-progress records using computerized or manual systems
  • Assist in loading and unloading shipments
  • Transport and stock materials within the facility as required
  • Provide verbal or written turnovers for oncoming shifts
  • Issue hand tools, machine tools, dies, and rental equipment to authorized personnel
  • Perform other duties as assigned
