Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to operate a forklift
- Must demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills in English
- Must be able to meet production goals and time deadlines
- Must be highly organized and possess problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors and deal with climate extremes
- Must be physically capable of lifting and/or moving items over 50 pounds
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Must be able to prioritize and adapt to changes throughout the day
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or GED not necessary
- Basic computer knowledge
- LCI forklift license required (offered once hired)
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- 1-3 months related work experience and/or training preferred
Job Duties
- Provide production with all operational material needed to run a full day’s production based on the production schedule
- Pull specific operational material and quantities to specific production pools and orders
- Present completed materials box to the staging area for audit
- Fulfill work fills, BOM changes, or shortages for assigned work
- Work with material coordinators to run hot parts for material shortages
- Perform warehouse duties to support perpetual inventory, 5S, and safety policies
- Participate in morning meetings and complete equipment maintenance checklists
