Job Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent
- Dependability with a strong work ethic, positive attitude with the can do motivation to get tasks completed
- Basic warehouse experience and understanding of warehouse layout and functions of distribution
- Basic computer skills with the use of any warehouse management system
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while moving upright for 6 to 10 hours
- Positive attitude with the can do motivation to get tasks completed
- Ability to lift 50 lb items
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Related experience with a warehouse facility
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions
- Basic computer skills in applicable programs
- Use of rRF scanning device
- Self motivated to get the job done right the first time
- Experience and ability to operate pallet jacks or applicable equipment
- Basic problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work while being flexible and adaptable
Job Duties
- Verify materials that are picked and staged get shipped
- Box making, labelling, cold environments processing, picking (walking), packing (standing), carrier package sorting, stacking pallets, wrapping and strapping with safety clean up
- Break down packages and inspect products for defects
- Palletize, wrap and strap pallets as necessary
- Sort and separate freight as needed
- Meet daily shipping objectives
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment
