Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three years of related work experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and working at heights
- Comfortable working in refrigerated areas
- Ability to operate power equipment and maintain certifications
- Flexibility to work various shifts and mandatory overtime as needed
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude with commitment to team success
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Three years of related experience preferred
- Minimum of three months material handling experience for internal candidates
- Six months experience with cherry picker required
- Experience with reach truck and walkie rider preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain power equipment certifications
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of material handling functions preferred
- Exposure to E1 and RF webpage preferred
- Basic math skills
- Good communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt to change
- Excellent organization and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Learn and perform various warehouse positions to company standards
- Perform outbound and inbound functions as required
- Work various shifts based on staffing or business needs
- Operate and maintain certifications on power equipment such as cherry pickers and reach trucks
- Support distribution center operations by performing assigned tasks efficiently
- Follow standard operating procedures accurately
- Assist in improving training and support processes within the distribution center
