Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
  • One to three years of related manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to operate personal computer or computerized scanning and printing devices
  • Ability to read English for interpreting documents including safety rules and procedural manuals
  • General mathematical skills including basic operations
  • Ability to think logically and follow procedures
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • One to three years of related manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to operate personal computers and computerized scanning and printing devices
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Understand picking and stocking documents, labels, and handheld computerized scanners
  • Identify task list for picking assignment
  • Pack, store, and redistribute items in an orderly fashion
  • Pick and stock merchandise from designated storage bin locations
  • Meet or exceed established production goals
  • Use best practices and inventory controls to prevent inventory shrinkage
  • Assist with training new hires and perform other duties as assigned
  • Communicate and escalate issues with peers and supervisors
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment, workstations, and facility
  • Practice and comply with safety and health regulations
