Job Requirements
- No minimum education required
- No minimum experience required
- Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance from the ground to chest level
- Able to maneuver packages safely using equipment or assistance
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Able to walk, stand, bend, and squat for extended periods
- Ability to safely operate motorized conveyances
- Valid driver’s license
- Must pass drug screening
- Must maintain constant state of alertness to safety
Job Qualifications
- Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance from the ground to chest level
- Able to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs using appropriate equipment or assistance
- Able to walk and stand for designated work hours
- Able to bend and squat for designated work hours
- Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces
- Able to climb stairs and ladders if required
- Ability to communicate timely and effectively in a noisy environment
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Provide safe and efficient operation of equipment used for the movement of packages, documents, heavyweight, dangerous goods and ULDs
- Assist in the buildup and breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight
- Serve as liaison between company and ULD repair vendor as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and training requirements
- Communicate effectively in a noisy operations environment
- Operate motorized conveyances safely and responsibly
