Job Requirements

  • No formal education required
  • No prior experience necessary
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance
  • Ability to maneuver packages using appropriate equipment or assistance
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in a state of constant alertness
  • Successful completion of all basic and recurring training
  • Ability to pass a drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance from ground to chest level
  • Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs using equipment or assistance
  • Able to walk and stand for designated work hours
  • Able to bend and squat for designated work hours
  • Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions if required
  • Able to climb stairs and ladders if required
  • Ability to communicate timely and effectively in noisy environments

Job Duties

  • Provide safe and efficient operation of equipment used for moving packages, documents, heavyweight items, dangerous goods, and ULDs
  • Assist in buildup and breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight
  • Serve as liaison between company and ULD repair vendors as required
  • Perform duties as assigned
  • Communicate effectively in a noisy environment
  • Maintain alertness and follow safety protocols
  • Work in various weather conditions if required
