Job Qualifications
- Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance and maneuver heavier packages with equipment or assistance
- able to walk, stand, bend, and squat for designated work hours
- able to maneuver packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces
- able to work in all weather conditions
- able to climb stairs and ladders
- valid driver’s license
- successful completion of basic and recurrency training
- effective communication skills in a noisy environment
Job Duties
- Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment for movement of packages, documents, heavyweight goods and ULDs
- assists in buildup and breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight
- serves as liaison between company and ULD repair vendor as required
- performs other assigned duties
- operates motorized conveyances in a safe and alert manner
- communicates effectively in a noisy operations environment
