Job Requirements
- No formal education required
- No prior experience necessary
- Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance from the ground to chest level
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb stairs and ladders for designated hours
- Able to work safely and in a constant state of alertness
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
Job Qualifications
- Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance from the ground to chest level
- Able to walk and stand for designated work hours
- Able to bend and squat for designated work hours
- Able to maneuver packages above shoulder level and in enclosed spaces
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders if required
- Ability to communicate timely and effectively
- Successful completion of required training programs
Job Duties
- Provides safe and efficient operation of equipment used for the movement of packages/documents/heavyweight/dangerous goods and ULDs
- Assists in the buildup/breakdown of pallets containing heavyweight freight
- Serves as liaison between company and ULD repair vendor as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Operates motorized conveyances in a safe and alert manner
- Communicates effectively in a noisy operations environment
- Completes all required basic and recurrent training
