Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- experience operating forklift and power lifting equipment
- previous manufacturing experience preferred
- strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- ability to handle setbacks and find solutions
- desire to work in a dynamic environment
- good judgment and decision-making skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- attention to detail
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- experience with ERP systems
- familiarity with Google G-Suite
- ability to work in a manufacturing environment using OSHA required PPE
- ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift 75 pounds

Job Duties
- Operate a forklift during routine duties
- unload, inspect, and stage inbound materials for receiving
- break down and decant inbound materials for bulk storage
- complete put-away transactions from staging to bulk storage
- replenish items for production by picking from bulk storage
- execute kitting of components for production work centers
- move completed assemblies to bulk storage
- pick and stage items for shipment
- load outbound items on trucks for shipment
- ensure accurate labeling and scanning of materials with WMS handheld devices
- troubleshoot WMS issues
- conduct inventory cycle counts and physical inventories
- identify and segregate damaged materials
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- inspect and maintain material handling equipment
- perform housekeeping to maintain 5S compliance
- minimize packaging waste to support sustainability
- comply with regulations for handling hazardous materials
- identify process improvement opportunities
- work across multiple BETA sites if necessary
- support Logistics and Production Teams as needed
