Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Greater than one-year related experience
- Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods
- Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, or balance as needed
- Capability to work on-site at assigned location
- Successful completion of E-Verify check
- Compliance with pre-employment substance abuse testing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Forklift certification obtained within 90 days of hire
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to read, comprehend, and complete basic checklists and forms
- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Consistent attendance and punctuality
Job Duties
- Sign off bill of lading, cross check packing list, picking, put away, work on more challenging material handling equipment, cross checking vendor accuracy, checking for damaged cargo during loading, unloading, labeling cargo
- Fill client orders safely, efficiently, and within Crane standard operating procedures
- Ensure distribution activities adhere to internal quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment
- Read and follow work orders and instructions to ascertain materials or container loads to be moved
- Authorized to use equipment such as pallet jack, rider jack, standup, order/cherry picker, turret truck, reach truck, and forklifts over 5K after training
- Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves using hand, forklift, or other warehouse equipment
- Load materials into vehicles and secure with strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent damage in transit
- Count, weigh, and record units of materials moved on daily production sheets
- Attach identifying tags or labels to materials
- Scan freight using warehouse management system with RF equipment
- Complete required paperwork thoroughly and promptly
- Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain safety
- Accurately and courteously load client merchandise
- Be present on-site at assigned work location
- Perform other duties as assigned
