Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to operate power tools including circular saw and nail gun
  • Forklift capability
  • Capable of reading ID/OD Micrometers, calibers and tape measure
  • Willingness and ability to make local deliveries
  • Ability to work overtime as required

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to operate power tools including circular saw and nail gun
  • Forklift operation skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Capable of reading ID/OD Micrometers, calibers and tape measure in American Standards and Metric
  • Experience with SAP and Freight programs is a plus

Job Duties

  • Responsible for all daily duties prioritized by the Area Supervisor
  • Assure that all UPS shipments are prepared daily
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Audit and sign off Bill of Ladings
  • Assist in receiving procedures
  • Prepare goods for shipment such as crate and package
  • Assist in obtaining freight quotes for LTL and Airfreight shipments and prepare Packing Slips and Bill of Ladings
  • Maintain packing tools and supplies
  • Assure all shipments are executed per the Scheduled shipment report
  • Maintain well organized and clutter-free areas of responsibility
  • Adhere to location system staged parts
  • Kit parts
  • Conduct cycle counts
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and minimum/maximum stock levels
  • Assist QA with incoming inspection of parts when necessary
  • Make local deliveries when needed
  • Work overtime as required
