Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED required
  • basic math skills required
  • must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • requires 6 months of material handling in a warehouse environment
  • previous inventory control experience desirable
  • requires resume for review
  • must be able to drive a stand-up forklift and be certified as a forklift driver
  • able to work in a freezer environment for long periods
  • able to travel throughout production areas and stand for long periods
  • able to push, pull, and lift heavy loads up to 75 lbs
  • must be able to work flexible hours based on operational needs

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED

  • ability to read, write, and speak English
  • 6 months of material handling experience in a warehouse environment
  • previous inventory control experience desirable
  • certified forklift driver
  • bilingual a plus

Job Duties

  • Load trucks accurately within prescribed timelines as per load charts
  • read load charts and bill of lading
  • complete paperwork timely and accurately including bill of lading, sales orders, and pre-load inspection forms
  • perform product consolidations and BIN transfers using forklift when required
  • operate stand-up forklift in safe manner and complete forklift inspections before use
  • perform scheduled and impromptu inventory cycle counts
  • follow all company rules including SOPs, GMPs, safety, PPE, USDA and FDA regulations
  • perform other related duties and special assignments as required by supervisor
