Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- minimum of 2 years warehouse experience in FDA, ISO, GMP environment
- prior experience operating forklift equipment
- essential to be clean shaven for safety equipment
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to read, write and verbally communicate
- be dependable and on time
- be a team player
- pay attention to detail
- willingness to work Sunday through Thursday schedule after training
- pass required safety training and certifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- minimum of 2 years warehouse experience in FDA, ISO, GMP environment
- prior experience operating forklift equipment
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to read, write and verbally communicate effectively
- forklift certified
- experience with 5S and/or LEAN
- effective interpersonal skills
- normal hearing range sufficient to hear alarms, bells, horns
- above average organizing and analyzing skills with level 2 math skills
- ability to navigate computer screens
Job Duties
- Safely and accurately process customer products according to established procedures within FDA, ISO, and GMP guidelines
- utilize handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to transfer customer product through the sterilization process
- load and unload customer product manually or using automated equipment into the validated sterilization process
- place and retrieve monitoring devices on product to ensure proper sterilization levels
- comply with all health and safety requirements including use of personal protective equipment
- ensure safety and quality in all aspects of the job
- complete training and annual certification for safety equipment use
