Job Requirements
- High-school education or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with material handling
- Basic knowledge of inventory control principles
- Ability to operate DSI scanners and Ross ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow cGMP and SOP guidelines
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High-school education or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years' experience in material management including inventory control responsibilities preferred
- ERP experience preferred
Job Duties
- Pull, pick up, and deliver/transport materials for manufacturing operations to and from Building 4401 to Building 4272
- Pickup WIP completed lots from building 4272 and store in building 4401
- Monitor Kanban area of Bldg. 4272 to ensure optimum replenishment of materials and fax reorder to vendor or planner
- Perform inventory transfers, work order issues, returns, and other related transactions using DSI scanners
- Deliver materials determined by Parts List for Production such as stoppers, vials, seals, filters, and glass and transport materials to Bldg. 4272
- Prepare and deliver raw materials, samples, finished product, etc. to various departments as needed ensuring proper procedure and temperature range are followed
- Perform A-bin audits weekly including movement of released material from quarantine area to A-B bins
