Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 2 years related experience or equivalent
- attention to detail
- ability to follow directions
- experience with ticketing and inventory systems
- good organizational skills
- computer literacy with MS Office and email
- physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- ability to communicate effectively
- knowledge of health and safety standards
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- willingness to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and climbing
- ability to work standing, sitting, or walking
- ability to use material handling equipment if applicable
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 2+ years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- high attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- effective use of ticket, inventory, and dispatch management systems
- ability to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
- proven adaptability to changing priorities and conditions
- strong organizational skills including record-keeping techniques
- basic knowledge of computer hardware and software proficiency
- proficiency with standard PC tools like MS Office and Outlook
- ability to operate material handling equipment if certified
- understanding of health and safety regulations
- basic warehouse operation methods and terminology
- basic math skills
- effective oral and written communication skills
Job Duties
- assist with inventory management and e-recycling
- use ticketing systems to report work accomplishments and track metrics
- utilize inventory data management software to maintain inventory accuracy and workflow
- receive and inspect shipments, verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips
- load and unload shipments and perform loading dock duties
- maintain inventory and budget records, order supplies as necessary
- unbox and stock inventory on shelves, break down packing materials
- assist in inventory procedures including total count of stock items and spot checks
- perform cleanup duties to maintain warehouse safety and orderliness
- contribute to large scale global projects as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
