Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving or production related role
- Ability to operate heavy and light machinery and handheld equipment
- Basic knowledge of SAP and other computer applications
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Must adhere to safety and integrity standards
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 plus years of warehouse, shipping, receiving or general production related experience
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to quality
- A high degree of integrity and work ethic coupled with a sense of responsibility and integrity
- Ability to work under minimal direction and tight time constraints
- Ability to work independently, but also partner as a team player
- Basic computer and math skills required, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel preferred
- Must be able to navigate folders/files on the company network and enter data into basic databases
- Must be able to stand/walk a majority of the workday, bend and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to reach material at or above shoulder height and have good dexterity
- Must be able to effectively communicate with management level staff, suppliers, and customers
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Move raw materials and parts using heavy and light machinery and handheld equipment
- Work with SAP and other basic computer applications to document, maintain and improve workflows
- Support inventory management and stock incoming product
- Maintain stock in work areas and ensure inventory accuracy
- Handle materials in receiving, picking, shipping, and warehouse support
- Perform problem solving and discrepancy investigation of inventory reports
- Perform material movement activities using accurate material handling techniques
- Document and transact material movements accurately and timely
- Locate material in assigned area and transport as appropriate
