Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Less than one-year related experience
- Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Ability to lift and/or move 50 pounds by hand regularly
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods
- Ability to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Successful completion of E-Verify check
- Ability to work on-site at assigned location consistently

Job Duties
- Fill client orders safely, efficiently, and within Crane SOPs
- Ensure distribution activities comply with internal quality standards and safety requirements
- Read and follow work orders to identify materials or container loads
- Operate forklift and other authorized warehouse equipment such as reach truck and rider jack
- Load and unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves using equipment or by hand
- Load materials into vehicles and secure them using strapping, bracing, or padding
- Count, weigh, and record units of materials on daily production sheets
- Attach identifying tags or labels to materials
- Scan freight via warehouse management system using RF equipment
- Complete required paperwork thoroughly and promptly
- Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe work environment
- Load client merchandise accurately and courteously
- Maintain consistent on-site presence at assigned work location
- Perform other duties as assigned
