- Some warehouse experience
- Ability to work with moderate supervision

Job Duties
- Assists drivers with loading and unloading of bins
- Create soft and hard goods bins for drivers
- Load and unload trucks and trailers including raw donations, trash, and salvage
- Segregate soft goods, hard goods, and trash
- Ensure all items are marked correctly including donations, commodities, and salvage
- Sort recyclables in proper containers such as metal, plastic, and cardboard
- Build and palletize empty gaylords for commodities ensuring heavier commodities have adequate support
- Operate equipment including auger, compactor, tipper, down-stroke baler, auto-tie following established procedures
- Use material handling equipment such as pallet jack, hand truck, and furniture dolly
- Clear post retail textile tables of trash and commodities
- Clean, organize, and sweep the warehouse to ensure a safe environment
- Lift and carry a minimum of 25 lbs
