Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1-3 months of related experience or training in warehouse, material handling, or logistics operations
- Ability to operate and maintain certification for forklifts and other material-handling equipment in accordance with Danfoss policies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

- Preferred Class B commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Preferred one to two years of warehouse experience
- Preferred familiarity with ERP inventory management systems
- Preferred experience coordinating with third-party logistics or rail providers
Job Duties
- Safely drive a company truck to transport materials between warehouse and building locations
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts or other powered industrial vehicles in compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, inventory levels, and material transfers to support reliable cycle counts and FIFO practices
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, and LTL freight providers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all quality and environmental procedures
