Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 1-3 months of related experience or training in warehouse, material handling, or logistics operations
  • Ability to operate and maintain certification for forklifts and other material-handling equipment in accordance with Danfoss policies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Forklift and material handling equipment certification according to company policies
  • Dependable and safety-focused work ethic
  • Preferred Class B commercial driver’s license (CDL)
  • Preferred one to two years of warehouse experience
  • Preferred familiarity with ERP inventory management systems
  • Preferred experience coordinating with third-party logistics or rail providers

Job Duties

  • Safely drive a company truck to transport materials between warehouse and building locations
  • Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts or other powered industrial vehicles in compliance with safety standards
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movement, inventory levels, and material transfers to support reliable cycle counts and FIFO practices
  • Support shipping and receiving activities, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, and LTL freight providers
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all quality and environmental procedures
