Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures
  • ability to lift, carry, push, and pull weights between 21-50 pounds
  • ability to bend, squat, kneel, reach above shoulder and outward
  • capacity to perform duties with minimal supervision
  • ability to adapt effectively to change in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work overtime when needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments preferred
  • prior or current material handling equipment (MHE) certification preferred
  • ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • basic to intermediate math skills to verify quantities and inventory
  • strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Picking and staging products accurately to fulfill client orders
  • scanning, labeling, packaging, banding, shrink wrapping, and stacking products according to client specifications
  • inspecting and counting products, reporting damages or discrepancies
  • operating pallet jacks and other equipment safely and efficiently
  • maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
  • complying with all safety rules, OSHA standards, and company policies
  • assisting in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment
  • performing additional duties as assigned
  • working overtime as required
