Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures
- ability to lift, carry, push, and pull weights between 21-50 pounds
- ability to bend, squat, kneel, reach above shoulder and outward
- capacity to perform duties with minimal supervision
- ability to adapt effectively to change in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work overtime when needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments preferred
- prior or current material handling equipment (MHE) certification preferred
- ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- basic to intermediate math skills to verify quantities and inventory
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Picking and staging products accurately to fulfill client orders
- scanning, labeling, packaging, banding, shrink wrapping, and stacking products according to client specifications
- inspecting and counting products, reporting damages or discrepancies
- operating pallet jacks and other equipment safely and efficiently
- maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
- complying with all safety rules, OSHA standards, and company policies
- assisting in maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment
- performing additional duties as assigned
- working overtime as required
