Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of recent experience working in a warehouse type of environment
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs on a semi-regular basis
- Able to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Able to work in a team and independently as needed
- Basic typing skills and understanding of computer use
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse, material handling, or shipping/receiving fields
- Above average knowledge of computers and technology
- Basic computer skills including basic typing and familiarity with Apple Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and/or Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Ensure all packaging such as cardboard and wraps are disposed of according to company policy
- Assisting in shipping, receiving, storage and distribution activities for the Data Center to include unboxing and boxing/crating of data center equipment
- Assisting in inventory control, cycle count programs, de-trashing and breaking down materials and keeping the facility clean and organized
- Operate manual or electronic/motorized material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Frequent use of computers, scanners, and mobile devices used in shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
