Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft software
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk and sit for over two-thirds of the time
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel under two-thirds of the time
- Ability to reach with hands or arms under two-thirds of the time
- Ability to climb or balance under one-third of the time
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl under one-third of the time
- Ability to speak and hear clearly
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds under one-third of the time
- Ability to occasionally help reorganize spaces and move small objects
- Ability to work in high, precarious places under one-third of the time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft software
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Responsible self-starter
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Job Duties
- Work under direction of warehouse lead
- Pull and issue material for construction and maintenance projects
- Inspect material
- Transfer material
- Replenish material
- Process orders
- Perform quality control
- Perform inventory auditing and accounting functions
- Perform routine maintenance
- Prepare for disposal of materials
- Recycle and salvage materials
- Operate forklift
- Assist in emergency restoration
- Support other warehouse workloads as required
- Perform general housekeeping, cleaning and sweeping daily or as needed
- Banding transformers
- Data entry
