Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft software
  • Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Ability to stand, walk and sit for over two-thirds of the time
  • Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel under two-thirds of the time
  • Ability to reach with hands or arms under two-thirds of the time
  • Ability to climb or balance under one-third of the time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl under one-third of the time
  • Ability to speak and hear clearly
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds under one-third of the time
  • Ability to occasionally help reorganize spaces and move small objects
  • Ability to work in high, precarious places under one-third of the time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft software
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Responsible self-starter
  • Ability to operate a forklift
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures

Job Duties

  • Work under direction of warehouse lead
  • Pull and issue material for construction and maintenance projects
  • Inspect material
  • Transfer material
  • Replenish material
  • Process orders
  • Perform quality control
  • Perform inventory auditing and accounting functions
  • Perform routine maintenance
  • Prepare for disposal of materials
  • Recycle and salvage materials
  • Operate forklift
  • Assist in emergency restoration
  • Support other warehouse workloads as required
  • Perform general housekeeping, cleaning and sweeping daily or as needed
  • Banding transformers
  • Data entry
