Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse or material handling role preferred
- forklift certification required or must be obtained upon hire
- basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Operate forklifts safely and maintain a valid fork truck license
- perform accurate alphabetical and statistical data entry
- use a 10-key calculator and operate printers efficiently
- understand and process factory orders, traveling requisitions, shipping/receiving documents, and related forms
- communicate effectively with internal teams and external contacts
- apply shop math skills and interpret shop orders accurately
- utilize computer systems and related software applications for daily tasks
