Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • able to operate forklifts and other machinery
  • must be able to pass and remain current on hazardous materials dangerous goods handling course
  • possess basic computer skills in Microsoft Office and Word
  • willing to travel for training and company needs
  • must be a self-starter who can provide excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • basic computer skills in Microsoft Office and Word
  • valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • ability to operate forklifts and machinery
  • ability to communicate effectively with various departments
  • ability to pass and remain current on hazardous materials handling course
  • customer service orientation
  • previous experience in warehouse or supply chain is helpful

Job Duties

  • Accurately issue and deliver parts and materials to various departments
  • ensure timely location and acquisition of parts and materials for maintenance using computer tracking systems
  • ensure proper handling of aircraft parts during transactions, shipping, and receiving to avoid damage or delays
  • perform accurate and timely computer system transactions including issuing, returns, transfers, and bin transfers
  • receive and inspect parts and materials and log information in the computer system
  • ensure proper storage, identification, and compliance with shelf life programs
  • expedite past-due repair and purchase orders for critical spare requirements
