Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 plus years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- 1 plus years of forklifting experience
- US citizen or Green Card Holder due to program security clearance requirements or SSA requirements

- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to program security clearance requirements or SSA requirements
- GKN experience preferred
- Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing preferred
- Understanding of 5s methodology preferred
- Experience in inventory management preferred
- Familiarity with transport management preferred
- Experience with inbound operations preferred
- Experience with outbound operations preferred
Job Duties
- Follow standard work for material handling including receiving, shipping, warehousing
- Perform all activities in accordance with safety and quality rules
- Use adequate equipment like forklift, tow train, electric pallet jack to move material
- Record movements of material in the transactional records systems such as receipt and booking
- Make proposals to improve safety, quality, efficiency
- Manage inbound material flow and monitor inbound delivery performance
- Receive, inspect and store inbound deliveries
- Track product availability, pick, pack and ship product for delivery
- Prepare package and shipment, manage shipping, carriers and fleets
- Authorize and process returns
- Perform reverse logistics and salvage activities
- Manage and process warranty claims
- Locate stock and prepare stock for movement
- Maintain inventory status
- Perform physical inventory procedures
