Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Coordinate procurement, replenishment and inventory of MRO spare parts, consumables, safety equipment and warehouse tools
  • Ensure availability of components for forklifts, conveyors, racking systems, dock equipment and packaging tools to prevent operational downtime
  • Establish reorder points and monitor stock levels to guarantee uninterrupted operations
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Safety and Procurement teams to align MRO activities with distribution center needs
  • Track and report MRO spend against budget
  • identify cost reduction and standardization opportunities
  • Manage vendor relationships, request quotations, and negotiate pricing to optimize cost and service levels
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance schedules by coordinating part availability
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) in the management of tools, consumables and spare parts
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper storage of hazardous materials and tools
  • Pick, receive and ship materials
  • Pack and ship accurate orders to customers
  • Provide customer service in a timely fashion
  • Verify product numbers
  • Carry out manual warehouse duties as assigned
  • Load and unload trucks
  • use forklifts and other required equipment
  • Align with all safety and health requirements to work within facilities
  • Maintain clean work environment
