Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Coordinate procurement, replenishment and inventory of MRO spare parts, consumables, safety equipment and warehouse tools
- Ensure availability of components for forklifts, conveyors, racking systems, dock equipment and packaging tools to prevent operational downtime
- Establish reorder points and monitor stock levels to guarantee uninterrupted operations
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Safety and Procurement teams to align MRO activities with distribution center needs
- Track and report MRO spend against budget
- identify cost reduction and standardization opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships, request quotations, and negotiate pricing to optimize cost and service levels
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance schedules by coordinating part availability
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) in the management of tools, consumables and spare parts
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper storage of hazardous materials and tools
- Pick, receive and ship materials
- Pack and ship accurate orders to customers
- Provide customer service in a timely fashion
- Verify product numbers
- Carry out manual warehouse duties as assigned
- Load and unload trucks
- use forklifts and other required equipment
- Align with all safety and health requirements to work within facilities
- Maintain clean work environment
