Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, or other mobile equipment or willingness to learn
- Good physical condition to perform manual handling tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to safety and organizational standards
- Flexible to perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in material handling or warehouse operations preferred but not required
- Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, or other mobile equipment or willingness to be trained
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Knowledge of safety practices and organizational skills
- Willingness to participate in continuous improvement processes
Job Duties
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods onto or from pallets, industrial racks, trailers, trucks
- Transport materials from storage or production areas and place in designated areas
- Safely use lifting devices such as cranes and forklifts to position materials or parts
- Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities
- Keep track of material inventory, perform machine maintenance, support housekeeping and organizational standards such as 5-S practices
