Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in material handling or warehouse operations preferred
- valid forklift operator certification preferred
- ability to lift and move heavy objects
- strong attention to safety protocols

- physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods

- ability to operate/monitor the following equipment: Forklift, Skid Steer, Electronic Pallet Jack, Hand Truck
Job Duties
- Handle and maintain the flow of materials throughout the plant
- complete daily pre-start forklift maintenance inspection report
- complete and submit load sheet to accurately record bale count, loading start/stop times for finished goods on outbound shipments
- follow proper trailer loading and unloading lock-out/tag out procedure
- assist with sorting, deboxing and moving pallets/materials on the plant floor
- assist with removing finished bales and storing in proper location
- load and unload trailers
- complete PMs for all certified mobile equipment regularly
- attend and participate in plant safety meetings
- manage controllable costs through proper equipment, tool and consumable usage
- report any safety or maintenance concerns
- adhere to plant policies and guidelines
- other duties may be assigned
