Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent combination
- forklift certification
- valid driver’s license
- ability to read and understand simple instructions

Job Duties
- Process carrier receipts performing both physical and visual inspection of product and documentation noting any carrier exceptions of damage or missing packages
- perform system receiving transactions ensuring received materials match supplier manifest packing list and open purchase orders
- communicate discrepancies to purchasing and suppliers and file documentation daily
- maintain warehouse organization ensuring stock is accurately stored and products correctly faced and labeled
- utilize material handling equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, and conveyors to move materials
- load and unload materials in the warehouse
- pull, pack, label, and ship products ensuring safe and timely delivery
- maintain shipping files and process orders accurately in Microsoft D365
- check sales and transfer orders and run shipment reports
- use carrier shipping systems including managing daily shipment records
- order necessary shipping supplies
- select freight carriers when required
- coordinate international shipments and documentation
- perform daily inventory cycle counts with high accuracy
- audit and perform recounts of cycle counts
- identify and escalate issues to correct errors
- serve on-call to respond to emergencies and shipping needs
- maintain D365 warehouse default locations and item master attributes including HTS code, ECCN, size dimensions, and weights
- create international export documentation and reports
- prepare spreadsheet reports as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
