Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant warehouse experience
- Valid forklift or motorized vehicle operation certification
- Ability to lift heavy materials and operate warehouse equipment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Flexible with work hours including shifts
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Proficient in usage of MS Office products
- Proficient in MRP systems and scanners
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
- Motivated and detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to communicate effectively within a team
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Basic understanding of FIFO inventory management
Job Duties
- Maintaining or completing necessary documents for motorized vehicles such as daily forklift checklist
- Movement of material from warehouse to production via EPS systems
- Deliver stock and supplies to production lines on time ensuring proper movements in SAP using FIFO
- Use motorized vehicles following safety guidelines
- Pull and stage product for outgoing shipments
- Retain driver signed copies for records
- Load and unload freight carriers as required
- Communicate with production lines to ensure no material shortages
- Support quality, maintenance, prototype, EPS and office staff as needed
- Ensure housekeeping and 2S1Y standards are met daily
- Actively participate in cycle count and physical inventories
- Comply with all ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISMS 27001 requirements
- Participate in continuous improvements and safety initiatives
- Operate trucks with capacity of at least 26,001 lbs gross vehicle weight
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervision or management
