Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent
Eager to start a career in the warehouse industry
Ability to operate material handling equipment safely
Willingness to follow safety and OSHA regulations
Ability to lift and move heavy materials
Good organizational skills
Ability to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

High school education or equivalent
Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
Familiarity with material handling equipment such as reach trucks and order pickers is a plus
Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Good communication skills

Job Duties

Unload trucks, trailers, containers of freight, counting products, compare to manifest to check all shipments for damage, infestation, or production code dates
Ensure that the correct product number, quantity and type of product are picked
Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment
Maintain equipment in a neat, clean and orderly fashion
Keep accurate records and reports for inventory
Repack or re-box cases per customer instructions
Perform other duties as assigned
