Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum of 2 years' experience of general warehouse knowledge
- excellent customer service skills
- excellent verbal and written communication
- computer skills including Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook
- must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
- forklift certification preferred
- ability to work under minimal supervision
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and managers
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of Warehouse Oracle Database is a plus

Job Duties
- Process all aspects of materials using warehouse inventory software
- label and ship orders according to established procedures for each customer
- accurately pick and weigh all shipments
- inspect freight and follow appropriate reporting procedures
- assist with inventory and cycle counts
- rotate and re-stock shelves according to inventory procedures
- verify all inbound and outbound materials
- provide prompt and accurate customer service
- arrange and maintain filing and recording systems
- document monthly activities for period end reporting
- safely load and unload trailers by utilizing equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts
- shrink wrap freight pallets
- maintain a clean and safe working environment
- other duties as assigned
