Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least three years of practical experience in warehouse environment executing on shipping and receiving items in an efficient and safe manner
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and IFS application
- Formal HSE or SMS training will be considered an asset
- Ability to operate a forklift, reach truck or picker
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Basic computer skills needed to work within company ERP system
- Possess basic problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate verbally and electronically
- Quality-conscious and oriented to excellence
- Self-driven and safety minded
- Knowledge of road and rail transportation rules and regulations to ensure safe, secure, efficient, and clean transportation of products including weight distribution and height restrictions
- Ability to lift parts weighing up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Perform daily maintenance and inspection of the forklift or equipment assigned to use
- Carry out the required SOPs for the proper receipt, storage and issuing of materials
- Perform cycle counting and inventory reconciliation daily to ensure inventory accuracy
- Operate different types of Powered Industrial Vehicles to move materials and products throughout the warehouse
- Follow standard pull list for production and kitting
- Perform loading and unloading of inbound and outbound shipments
- Organize product within the warehouse to maximize space and organization
- Utilize and update the company's ERP system as defined by SOPs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Use effective communication skills amongst all team members
- Achieve monthly shipping targets for CSG
- Identify quality related problems and respond promptly to prevent or minimize missing performance targets
- Timely scheduling of carriers to customers, ensures compliance to all policies and procedures for product transit and delivery
- Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure compliance with specific customer requests
- Prepare daily documentation: BOLs, customs and ocean freight, etc
- Actively participate and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area using the 5S principles
- Operate all equipment in a safe and effective manner
- Provide training to new and/or junior employees on safe, efficient, quality minded work practices
- Work within and according to all company safety and health guidelines
- Complete any other related duties required and/or assigned by supervisor or manager
