Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 to 2 years experience in warehouse, shipping or receiving or tool crib
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to multitask
  • ability to work under pressure
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • customer service experience
  • working knowledge of MS Office
  • basic knowledge of SAP or Syteline
  • forklift certification
  • previous experience in aviation industry preferred
  • previous experience in material handling preferred
  • export shipping experience preferred
  • Hazmat Certification preferred

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Adhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements
  • comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures
  • participate in 5-S activities
  • perform all work in a safe and timely manner
  • receive and visually inspect all incoming and outgoing materials for physical damage
  • distribute parts, materials, tools, and ground support equipment with regard to aircraft delivery schedules
  • verify and reconcile appropriate documentation on incoming and outgoing parts and materials
  • maintain accurate inventory using computerized or manual systems
  • assist in loading and unloading shipments
  • transport and stock materials throughout the facility
  • provide verbal or written turnovers for oncoming shifts
  • issue hand tools, machine tools, dies and rental equipment to authorized personnel
  • perform other duties as assigned
