Job Requirements
- Forklift certification
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 6+ months of experience in manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift 30 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, kneeling, standing, and walking for 8+ hours
- Must maintain valid operator licenses for lift trucks and automobiles
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently or occasionally
- Experience working with Microsoft programs and data entry for 1+ years
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measuring devices

Job Duties
- Receive parts/materials shipments from carriers, verify order accuracy, complete paperwork, record transactions in SAP
- Verify and count all incoming stock before assigning locations
- Perform transactions to maintain high inventory accuracy
- Prepare and pack parts/machines per customer and industry requirements, complete shipment paperwork
- Locate and disburse parts to production areas per requirements
- Assist carriers with loading packages/crates onto trucks
- Prepare UPS shipments and record data electronically
- Deliver and pick up parts/materials using company truck
- Maintain operator licenses for lift trucks and automobiles
- Participate in daily inventory cycle counts
- Maintain accurate records
- Assist in training and orientation of material handlers
- Support movement of materials and paperwork across departments
- Pull and deliver parts accurately
- Stock incoming materials properly, submit paperwork to inventory control
- Utilize UPS tracking system
- Process returns correctly
- Investigate and resolve inventory issues
- Identify, bag, count, stock materials properly or assign for distribution
- Read and interpret blueprints and measuring devices
- Verify part names and physical parts match
- Use computer/handheld devices for transactions
- Transcribe part numbers accurately
- Load and unload trucks
- Operate power tools for constructing shipping containers
- Document and report shipping container conditions
- Notify supervisors/coordinators before unpacking damaged containers
- Comply with all safety requirements
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Care for assigned equipment and tools
