Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while walking and repetitively lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment
- Ability to coordinate and organize efficient and dependable warehouse processes
- Ability to transition between different work areas throughout the workday
- Ability to read and interpret instructions from the system
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in noisy and non-climate controlled environments including high and low temperatures
- Self-starter and proactive
- Flexibility in scheduling
- Ability to lift, carry, push and pull objects up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Ability to operate manual transport equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks
- Ability to exert physical effort over sustained periods
- Ability to stand most of the shift
- Ability to walk a minimum of 4 hours during the workday
- Ability to work in hot and humid indoor environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Knowledge acquired through 1-2 years of work experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while walking and lifting up to 50lbs repetitively

- Ability to coordinate and organize efficient warehouse processes
- Ability to transition between different work areas throughout the workday
- Ability to read and interpret instructions from system monitors
- Attention to detail

- Flexibility in scheduling
Job Duties
- Assists and facilitates in case picking and sorting within an automated environment using computers and machinery
- Collaborates within a team to coordinate and organize efficient and dependable warehouse processes
- Adapts to various work areas throughout the day such as HQS, Semi-Automated Lanes, pallet pick, and Flow Rack
- Maintains daily housekeeping and warehouse cleanliness including waste removal and recycling
- Works safely and accurately to control warehouse inventory and keep shrink at acceptable levels
- Monitors lane Photo Eye alignments
- Performs miscellaneous activities to support efficient warehouse operations
