Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures ranging from mild to moderate
- Physical capability to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, moving, and operating equipment
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Adherence to safety protocols and company policies
- No supervisory responsibilities required
- Availability to perform assigned duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperature conditions
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment operation, especially pallet jacks
- Good attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
- Strong communication skills to report issues and coordinate with leadership
- Ability to comply with safety and operational policies and procedures
- Capability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Duties
- Picking orders using a pallet jack accurately and efficiently
- Staging, stacking, packaging, banding, shrink wrapping, and labeling products as per client requirements
- Inspecting and counting products, reporting damages or discrepancies to leadership
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and performing routine equipment maintenance
- Maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and security of the warehouse facility
- Complying with all safety protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site-specific policies
- Assisting in building, grounds, and equipment maintenance as assigned
- Working overtime as required
- Performing other duties as assigned
