Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, production, or logistics
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to navigate the facility
- Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled areas
- Must be able to climb stairs, bend, kneel, and squat
Job Qualifications
- Proficient in operating industrial equipment such as forklift and walkie-stacker
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and basic arithmetic skills
- Ability to read and comprehend written documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in fast-paced or demanding situations
- Strong teamwork mindset and positive attitude
- Excellent attendance and reliability
Job Duties
- Execute the daily plan of the day (POD) following all operational instructions
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to support production and logistics needs
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures
- Inspect and report any forklift or industrial equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
- Stage raw materials for production according to product specifications
- Remove finished goods from production areas and place them into inventory
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks in alignment with the daily schedule
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area at all times
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
