Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- must pass a background check and drug screening
- comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in general labor, sanitation, construction, or warehouse work is helpful but not required
- ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently or in a team
- willingness to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors
- reliable, punctual, and safety-minded
Job Duties
- Clean up debris, trash, and loose materials around the yard, shop, and work areas
- assist with pressure washing, sweeping, and general cleaning of buildings, pads, and containers
- organize tools, equipment, and parts in the yard or shop area
- support small maintenance tasks such as painting, organizing parts, or preparing containers
- perform minor landscaping or grounds maintenance duties
- help direct trucks or equipment traffic when needed
- follow all site safety procedures and wear proper PPE at all times
- report any safety concerns or hazards to site supervisors immediately
- perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations
