Job Requirements

  • High school completion or equivalent (GED)
  • minimum one year of Crown forklift experience preferred
  • OSHA forklift and HAZMAT certifications are a plus
  • ability to work Monday through Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm CST with occasional overtime
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willingness to work safely and comply with company and OSHA safety guidelines
  • ability to communicate effectively within a team
  • basic computer skills preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • OSHA forklift certification preferred
  • experience operating Crown forklifts and reach trucks preferred
  • comfortable working at elevated heights in a warehouse environment
  • ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • strong attention to detail
  • physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • commitment to safety and quality standards
  • ability to understand and follow site protocols and procedures
  • basic computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred

Job Duties

  • Unload trucks, trailers, and freight containers, count products, and check shipments for damage or discrepancies
  • coordinate schedules for pulling and delivering materials to control production floor flow
  • safely operate forklifts, hoists, cranes, reach trucks, and other equipment to move materials
  • pick orders accurately, label and prepare shipments, and transport orders to shipping areas
  • perform inventory duties including cycle counts, record keeping, and stock rotation
  • maintain warehouse equipment in a clean and orderly condition while complying with safety standards
  • repack, repair, and consolidate goods as needed, operate shrink-wrap machinery, and maintain forklift batteries
  • perform other duties as assigned
