Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and maneuver boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
- Ability to follow safety and quality protocols strictly
- Ability to work onsite at 4971 Southridge Suite 115 Memphis TN 38141
- Availability to work Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Willingness to perform overtime as needed
- Ability to move between climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas continuously during shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in warehouse or material handling preferred
- Ability to follow safety and quality protocols
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory and shipment procedures
- Good communication skills
Job Duties
- Accurately pack pharmaceutical orders including temperature-sensitive cold chain items
- Move between climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas throughout the shift
- Lift carry and maneuver boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
- Operate manual pallet jacks and assist with palletizing shipments
- Prepare orders for courier or freight pickup ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized packing and shipping area
- Follow all safety quality and compliance protocols including cold chain handling procedures
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support pharmacy and logistics operations
- Work overtime hours as needed to meet operational demands
- Work in a fast-paced team-oriented setting with a focus on accuracy and safety
